Dana Foods is a subsidiary of Dana Group and seeks a Quality Analyst to work with its rice plant

 

Job Responsibilities

• Testing and inspection of raw materials, in process material and finished products
• Ensuring calibration and use of calibrated measuring and test equipment for inspection/ test
• Ensuring safe working environment and good housekeeping in the plant
• Preparation of quality documents
• Preparation of Inspection Test Certificates
• Follow up the entry in the system and resolve the functional problem
• Ensuring that the finished rice is as per the acceptable Quality level
• Consistent monitoring of processes as to keep minimal loss of rice due to broken, rejects and loss of rice to dust, bran,husk etc
• To ensure sanitation and hygine inspection and bacteriological examination of production area,lines,equipment,stores and testing area
